1. General
Grey’s Florals LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the owner and operator of this website, https://www.greysfloralsllc.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific services, including retail orders, events, and wedding floral services.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to them, you should not use this Site. We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site—including text, images, floral designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, layout, and overall design—is owned by Grey’s Florals LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for temporary browser caching or printing limited pages for personal use.
3. Floral Products & Services
Grey’s Florals LLC provides floral products and services for retail orders, events, and weddings. All floral work is custom and subject to seasonal availability. Due to the natural and perishable nature of flowers, variations in color, size, flower varieties, and overall design are normal and expected.
Photos on the Site are provided as style references only. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and color palette of the design.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Retail orders typically require full payment at the time of purchase.
Event and wedding services require a signed proposal or contract and may require a non-refundable retainer. Payment schedules, minimums, change deadlines, and cancellation terms for events and weddings will be outlined in your individual agreement and will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery, Pickup & Event Timing
Delivery and pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For events and weddings, delivery, setup, and breakdown timing will be coordinated in advance but may be adjusted as needed on the event date. Once an order has been delivered, picked up, or installed, risk of loss passes to the client or recipient.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements
Retail Orders: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all retail sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Events & Weddings: Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellation policies, change deadlines, and final payment terms are governed by your signed agreement.
If there is an issue with a retail order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and provide photos when applicable. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Please see Refund & Returns tab in footer for more information.
7. User Contributions & Testimonials
If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to the Site or via email or social media, you grant Grey’s Florals LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and modify that content for marketing and business purposes.
