Refund & Return Policy
At Grey’s, every arrangement is crafted with care, attention, and love.
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final, and we do not offer traditional refunds.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and if you or the recipient are not delighted with your arrangement, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement per order. Any order cancellations or modifications made will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Replacements
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
We will collect the original arrangement and deliver a replacement at no additional cost.
To help us understand the issue and maintain our signature quality, a photo of the original arrangement is required.
Only one replacement is offered per order.
If a replacement isn’t the right solution, we may offer a refund in the form of store credit.
Late Requests
Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery are unfortunately ineligible for replacement or store credit.
